How soon after placing my order, is it processed and shipped out?

All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This ensures quick dispatch and faster delivery to your doorstep.

Until when can I cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellation requests once we dispatch the order from our side or if the cancellation request is received after 24 hours of placing the order. This policy helps us manage logistics efficiently and ensures on-time delivery for all customers.

What if I haven’t received my order?
